                                                                                                                My Philosophy

We learn who we are by being in relation to each other, I believe some of the most important life lessons in life are learned by being in relation to other people.  Some exmaples of this are: we learn to trust or mistrust, we learn to give kindness or receive it, we learn to give forgiveness or ask for it, we learn to be loyal or aks for loyalty. trust, forgiveness, loyalty, kindness, and faithfulness.  My goal is to create a safe and respectful therapy space where these life lessons or skills can be explored, practiced and learned to facilitate emotional, psychological and spiritual repair, I believe through the alliance and attachment we form we gain self awareness into who we are and who we want to be.   My clinical approaches include relational and attachment theories, person centered, and faith based-christian counseling.
